Smoking policy

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the venue. There will be dedicated smoking areas outside of the stadium bowl. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.

Prohibited items

Alcohol, canned drinks, drinking glasses, glass bottles, glass vessels (e.g perfume), solid containers or flasks, plastic bottles in excess of 500ml, air horns, baby buggies or prams, video recording equipment, large lens cameras, poles or sticks (including selfie sticks), flags or banners larger than 2m x 1m or of an offensive nature, knives or weapons, large bags or suitcases (including cabin bags), umbrellas (except small fold-up), fireworks or flares, smoke of gas canisters, laser pens, tools, musical instruments, dangerous or hazardous items.

And any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to or ejected from the ground.

Bag policy

We will not permit large bags and rucksacks into the stadium but you will be permitted to take small bags (no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm) and standard sized handbags in with you. All bags will be subject to 100% search upon arrival at the stadium, any bags that exceed the permitted size will not be allowed in.

Bottle policy

Sealed water bottles up to 500ml will be allowed entry. Any water bottles with a broken seal or over 500ml will not be allowed in for security reasons.


The show will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.

+ I need to collect my tickets. Where is the box office?

Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the event from the Promoter box office.

The box office can be found at the Cardiff City Ticket Office located in the Canton Stand. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.

Please bring your booking reference number and ID.

+ I have a complaint/query, who should I talk to?

Any complaints about the Holder’s ability to view the concert from his/her seat (if any) must be made to the Promoter’s on-site box office within thirty minutes of the commencement of the headline act’s performance. Post event complaints cannot be validated. Any other complaints regarding the concert must be made during the concert to the Promoter’s on-site box office, the location of which is described above.

Finding the Stadium

+ I'm travelling by car. Will there be parking available on site?

There will be limited parking spaces available at and adjacent to the stadium on the day of the concert priced at £15 based on a first come first served basis. Fans will be able to obtain parking information and book an advanced & guaranteed parking space for £12 by purchasing online via our official Cardiff City website: eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcity

Please note that charges will apply when booking online. Alternatively, you can call the Cardiff City ticket office on 03333 111920.

Additionally there will be an official Park and Ride service will operate on the day of the concert. On arrival at the park and ride location, supporters will be transferred by bus to the stadium. Upon conclusion of the concert, buses will be on hand to transfer fans back to the park and ride site. The approximate journey time from the park and ride location to the stadium is 15 minutes.

Signage will guide all fans on major roads to the park and ride, which will be located at Wilcox House, Dunleavy Drive, Cardiff, CF11 0BA.

Buses will commence operating from 4pm – 8pm and again after the concert from 10.30pm – 12.00am.

The cost for this service is £10 and will be payable to the staff located at the car park.

The Stadium drop off point will be the bus stop located on Hadfield Road. Fans will then have a 2 minute walk to the stadium. Upon conclusion of the concert, buses will be on hand to transfer fans back from Hadfield Road. The approximate journey from Wilcox House to the stadium will be 15 minutes.

+ I'm travelling on foot. How do I get to the ground?

Walking to the Stadium from Cardiff City centre takes approximately 25 minutes (primary routes being via Ninian Park road or Cowbridge Road / Wellington Street).

+ I'm travelling by bus. How do I get to the ground?

A free shuttle buses will operate on the day of the concert and will depart from the bus stops on Wood Street. The journey to the stadium will take approximately 10 minutes and buses will depart at regular intervals.

Buses will be commence operating from the city centre at 4pm – 8pm and again after the concert from 10.30pm – 12.00am. Please check times with providers before you travel.

+ I'm travelling by taxi? Where is the taxi drop off point located?

There are plenty of taxis in the city centre and the cost of a one-way journey to the Cardiff City Stadium is approximately £7 to £10. Upon conclusion of the concert taxis will be parked adjacent to the stadium car park for the return journey.

Food & Drink

+ What food and drink will be available?

A wide range of catering options including alcohol, hot and cold drinks, snacks and a wide range of hot foods will be available around the stadium throughout the event.

Kiosks will operate on the concourses. A bar will be in operation on the pitch. Roving vendors will be selling alcohol around the ground and a food court called ‘The Village’ will be located behind the Canton Stand.

+ What forms of payment are accepted?

All kiosks will accept chip and pin / card payments. The Pitch Bar and the catering village will accept cash only.

There are no cashpoint facilities located at the stadium, the nearest cash point is located in the retail park adjacent to the stadium at the Asda superstore.

+ I have specific medical & dietry needs. Can I bring my own food and drink?
