The venue is accessible for Ambulant and Wheelchair users. Those wanting to purchase accessible seating can do so here.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the venue. There will be dedicated smoking areas outside of the stadium bowl. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.
Professional cameras, audio/ video recorders, large bags and rucksacks, lasers or flash lights, selfie sticks, large umbrellas, pyrotechnics, knives, tasers, mace or glass.
We will not permit large bags and rucksacks into the stadium but you will be permitted to take small bags (no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm) and standard sized handbags in with you. All bags will be subject to 100% search upon arrival at the stadium, any bags that exceed the permitted size will not be allowed in.
Sealed water bottles up to 500ml will be allowed entry. Any water bottles with a broken seal or over 500ml will not be allowed in.
The show will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.

+ My ticket hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket through. They will be able to assist you. Unfortunately the host venue will not be able to assist as they are not the ticket agent.
+ I need to collect my tickets. Where is the box office?
Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the event from the Promoter’s on-site box office.
The box office can be found adjacent to Gate 1 on Eaton Road. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.
Please bring your booking reference number and ID.
+ I have a complaint/query, who should I talk to?
The Promoter’s on-site box office can be found adjacent to Gate 1. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.
Any complaints about the Holder’s ability to view the concert from his/her seat (if any) must be made to the Promoter’s on-site box office within thirty minutes of the commencement of the headline act’s performance. Post event complaints cannot be validated. Any other complaints regarding the concert must be made during the concert to the Promoter’s on-site box office, the location of which is described above.

Finding the Stadium

+ I'm travelling by car. Will there be parking available on site?
There is no parking at the 1st Central County Ground for this concert.
There is a public car park, Norton Road Car Park (BN3 3BE), located a short walk West of the 1st Central County Ground opposite Hove Town Hall (charges apply between 8am and 8pm). There is on-street parking, although this is very limited due to residents permit parking.

+ I'm travelling by train. What is the nearest station?
Hove Railway Station is a ten-minute walk to the ground (800m). Leave the station and head South on Goldstone Villas, at the bottom of the road turn left onto Eaton Road. Cross over The Drive continuing along Eaton Road, The 1st Central County Ground will appear on your left hand side.
Brighton Railway Station is approximately a twenty minute walk from the ground (1600m). There are regular rail services from Brighton Station to Hove Station. There is also a taxi rank located just outside Brighton Station, together with a bus terminus.

+ I'm travelling by bus. How do I get to the ground?
The Number 7 bus runs past the North (Cromwell Road) end of the ground with several stops near the ground. This service is the George Street, Hove to Brighton Marina service and serves both Hove and Brighton Rail Stations. This bus runs approximately every 10 minutes.
The 21 & 21A Brighton Marina to Goldstone Valley service stops outside the main entrance to the ground; these are less frequent but do run through the central Hove and Brighton areas.
Several buses stop at Palmeira Square which is just 280m from the ground.

+ What food and drink will be available?
There will be a range of catering to suit all tastes, traditional hog roasts, Domino’s Pizza, pie & mash to Greek souvlaki, pad thai, Angus burgers, quiche and salads.
There will be a variety of confectionary offers, bean to cup coffees, speciality teas and sweet & savoury crepes.
Vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free offers will be available.
A full range of drinks will be available around the site to include a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic (free drinking water is readily available around the site) Pimms, Prosecco, Gin & Tonic, Cocktails and Harvey’s Ale bar are just some of options the available.

Please note there will be limited access to chip and pin payment machines in food and drink areas. Cash machines will not be available within the venue.
Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and ensure that you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
