Age restriction

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18. Under 14s will not be granted entry to the pitch.

Accessible seating

There is a dedicated wheelchair user area and some ease of access seating available. Please contact the Disabled Concert ticket phone line on 0151 907 9399 to book your ticket and, if needed, one for your assistant.

Anfield Stadium is a non-smoking venue.

Bag policy

Small personal bags are permitted - Please note bags should be no larger than A5 in size and only one bag per person is allowed. It is advised you only bring a bag if it is absolutely essential. Please do not bring large bags or luggage (such as rucksacks/briefcases/suitcases/suit bags etc.) to Anfield as they cannot be brought into the stadium.

Bottle policy

Sealed water bottles up to 500ml will be allowed entry. Any water bottles with a broken seal or over 500ml will not be allowed in for security reasons.


The show will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.

+ My ticket hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket through. They will be able to assist you.

+ I need to collect my tickets. Where is the box office?

Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the event from the promoter box office.

The box office can be found at the Main Stand LFC ticket office located just off 96 Avenue. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.

Please bring your booking reference number and ID.

+ I have a complaint/query, who should I talk to?

Any complaints about the Holder’s ability to view the concert from his/her seat (if any) must be made to the Promoter’s on-site box office within thirty minutes of the commencement of the headline act’s performance. Post event complaints cannot be validated. Any other complaints regarding the concert must be made during the concert to the Promoter’s on-site box office, the location of which is described above.

+ I'm travelling by car. Will there be parking available on site?

Stanley car park will be available to park in with a pre-purchased parking ticket. Please look for up and coming details on the LFC website.

+ I'm travelling by train. What is the nearest station?

If you're travelling from outside the Liverpool are Lime Street Railway Station is Liverpool’s mainline station for regional and national journeys. It is two miles from Anfield.

If you're travelling within the Liverpool area Merseyrail operates a regular service across 67 stations throughout Merseyside.

+ I'm travelling by bus. How do I get to the ground?

Bus is fast frequent and convenient with ‘express’ services that will get you to and from Anfield and Liverpool City Centre in around 15mins.

Food & Drink

+ What food and drink will be available?

There will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18+, however you will be required to provide photo ID as proof of age.

There will also be on-pitch dispense service for general admission patrons.

+ What forms of payment are accepted?

Customers can pay via card throughout the stadium with contactless payment also in place at all kiosks. There are no cash points available in the ground however, there is a cash point is located on Walton Breck Road.

+ I have specific medical & dietry needs. Can I bring my own food and drink?

If any customers suffer from a condition that requires specific dietary requirements, please contact the venue prior to arrival to obtain permission to bring those products in, otherwise they will be confiscated on entry. Searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food or drinks before entering.


Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and ensure that you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
