Age restriction

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. No under 14s are allowed on to the pitch. No under 2s are allowed in to the stadium.

Accessible seating

Smoking policy

Smoking (including E-cigarettes) is not permitted in any area of the stadium.

Bag policy

All ticket holders are now prohibited from bringing any bag into the stadium unless it is smaller than an A4 piece of paper (height: 297mm width: 210mm depth: 210mm).

Bags will be checked at an outer cordon before entering the stadium. Bags larger than A4 will not be permitted entry.

Bottle policy

Plastic/metal Reusable Bottles and cans are not permitted into the stadium for security reasons.

Disposable plastic water bottles are permitted – all tops will be removed at the turnstiles.


The show will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.


Overnight camping is not permitted.

+ My ticket hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket through. They will be able to assist you.

+ I need to collect my tickets. Where is the box office?

Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the event from the promoter box office.

The box office can be found on the mezzanine level outside the Club Wembley entrances. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.

Please bring your booking reference number and ID.

+ I have a complaint/query, who should I talk to?

Any complaints about the Holder’s ability to view the concert from his/her seat (if any) must be made to the Promoter’s on-site box office within thirty minutes of the commencement of the headline act’s performance. Post event complaints cannot be validated. Any other complaints regarding the concert must be made during the concert to the Promoter’s on-site box office, the location of which is described above.

+ I'm travelling by car. Will there be parking available on site?

For supporters wishing to drive please note there will be very limited spaces available at the stadium. Therefore we would strongly advise the use of public transport. If parking is required please book well in advance via Wembley Official Parking to guarantee your parking space.

Blue badge parking is available to purchase via Wembley Official Parking.

Please note that local road closures will be in place around the stadium on event day approximately 4 hours prior to kick off so plan travel accordingly.

+ I'm travelling by train. What is the nearest station?

London Underground

  1. Wembley Park (Metropolitan Line and Jubilee lines)
  2. Wembley Central (Bakerloo line)

London Overground

  1. Wembley Central (Watford Junction – London Euston)

National Rail

  1. Wembley Central (London Northwestern Railway and Southern Railway)
  2. Wembley Stadium (Chiltern Railways)

Please note that there may be some minor disruptions across the London Underground on the event day. Please be sure to plan your journey in advance here.

+ I'm travelling by bus. How do I get to the ground?

Local buses to the Stadium include 18, 83, 92 and 224. Please note that London buses no longer accept cash, therefore any supporters travelling by bus will need to pay for the fare using an Oyster card or contact less payment card. A single adult fare is £1.50.

Food & Drink

+ What food and drink will be available?

There will be a full complement of food & drink refreshments on offer throughout the show.

You will be required to provide photo ID as proof of age when purchasing alcohol.

+ What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash and Card. There will also be cash machines available on the internal and external concourse.

+ I have specific medical & dietary needs. Can I bring my own food and drink?

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after inspection by security personnel and contacting the venue prior to the day of the concert by clicking here. As per above, you will require a certificate issued by the venue's guest services team.

Visitors are allowed to bring small quantities of food for personal use only. It must fit within your one bag allowed. Bottles and cans are not permitted into the stadium.

No alcohol is permitted into the stadium.


Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and ensure that you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
