Due to overwhelming demand, Elton John today announces a second date at Amsterdam Ziggo Dome on Saturday 8th June 2019 and a second date at Munich Olympiahalle on 5th July 2019 as part of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. Tickets go on general sale this Friday, 2nd March at 10.00am. The second Amsterdam and Munich dates have been added after the initial dates - announced as part of Elton’s epic final tour announcement at Gotham Hall, New York in January- sold out immediately.

Starting in Vienna on May 2nd, 2019, the first European Farewell Yellow Brick Road concerts will hit Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Republic of Ireland and Switzerland.

“I want to thank my extraordinary fans for their overwhelming support throughout my career and especially their interest in being there to celebrate my final Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour,” said Elton John. “I am so excited for the start of the tour and can’t wait to see everybody on the road.”

Kicking off in the U.S. on September 8th, 2018, the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour will consist of more than 300 shows across five continents, hitting North America, Europe, Asia, South America and Australasia before reaching its conclusion in 2021. These dates mark the superstar’s last-ever tour and the end of half a century on the road for one of pop culture’s most enduring performers. Elton’s new stage production will take his fans on a musical and highly visual journey spanning a 50-year career of hits like no one has ever seen before.
